The Samsung Galaxy S8+ features a 6.2-inch Super AMOLED display with a sharp Quad HD+ resolution of 2960 × 1440 pixels (~529 ppi) and an 18.5:9 aspect ratio, delivering vibrant colors and excellent clarity. It is powered by either the Samsung Exynos 8895 chipset (Global/EMEA) or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 (USA/China), paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, while select regions received a higher-end variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage.

The Samsung Galaxy S8+ is equipped with a 3,500 mAh non-removable battery that supports 15W fast wired charging as well as wireless charging for convenient power top-ups. The rear camera consists of a 12MP Dual Pixel sensor with an f/1.7 aperture, Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), and the ability to record 4K video at 30fps, while the front-facing 8MP camera features an f/1.7 aperture, autofocus, and 1440p video recording for high-quality selfies and video calls. Built with Gorilla Glass 5 on both the front and back and reinforced by an aluminum frame, the Galaxy S8+ is durable and stylish. Additionally, it has an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, allowing it to withstand immersion in up to 1.5 meters of freshwater for 30 minutes.
