Samsung Galaxy A06
The Samsung Galaxy A06 is a budget-friendly entry-level smartphone available in both 4G LTE and 5G variants, designed for users who want reliable performance at an affordable price. Both models feature a large 6.7-inch HD+ PLS LCD, with the LTE version offering a 60 Hz refresh rate, while the Galaxy A06 5G upgrades to a smoother 90 Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the LTE model is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85, whereas the 5G variant uses the more efficient MediaTek Dimensity 6300 (6 nm) chipset for better performance and next-generation connectivity.
In terms of memory, both versions come in 4GB/64GB, 4GB/128GB, and 6GB/128GB configurations, with storage expandable via microSD card. Camera capabilities are identical across both models, featuring a 50MP main rear camera paired with a 2MP depth sensor, along with an 8MP front camera for selfies and video calls. Powering the devices is a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 25 W fast charging, although the charger is sold separately.
On the software side, the Galaxy A06 LTE runs Android 14 with One UI 6.1 and is promised up to two major OS upgrades, while the Galaxy A06 5G ships with Android 15 and One UI 7.0, offering extended support with up to four OS upgrades. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, USB-C, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack on both models, with the 5G variant adding 5G support and IP54 splash resistance for extra durability.
